We are seeking a talented and driven Insurance Defense Attorney to join our law firm. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will represent insurance companies and their policyholders in a variety of litigation matters, providing high-quality legal services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Defend insurance companies and policyholders in various civil litigation cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters and clients to manage and resolve cases efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance law and civil litigation procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
