GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Midwest municipal contractor with water and wastewater experience. The company is adding a Project Manager - Wastewater and Heavy Civil Concrete to its team in Pender, NE. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Wastewater treatment plant or heavy civil concrete structures experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater treatment plant upgrades: clarifiers, pumps, piping and controls
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Wastewater treatment plant or heavy civil concrete structures experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
