Commercial Flooring Project Manager
South Florida | $90K–$120K (Base + Commission)

An established commercial flooring contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout, coordinate with general contractors, and manage schedules, budgets, and installation quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, purchasing, job costs, change orders, and billing coordination.

• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and installation crews to align material deliveries and project schedules.

• Review plans and project scope, confirm site readiness, and resolve field issues.

• Oversee installation quality, punch lists, and project closeout.

Required Qualifications

• Commercial flooring project management experience working directly with general contractors.

• Experience managing commercial projects, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, government buildings, and other commercial environments.

• Proficiency with JobRunner, RFMS, QFloors, FloorManager, or comparable flooring-specific software.

• Experience managing projects involving luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl composition tile, rubber flooring, static dissipative tile, porcelain tile, and resilient wall base.

• Strong knowledge of installation processes, substrate preparation, moisture testing, and jobsite coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication, organization, and financial oversight.

Compensation: $90K–$120K (base + commission). Benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
