I am working directly with the owner of a respected, established family law firm in San Antonio that is hiring a Senior Family Law Attorney. The Senior Family Law Attorney will lead contested and complex family matters, run a caseload with real independence, and work directly with firm ownership. This is an in-person role.
Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus potential.
What You'll Do
- Lead contested divorce, custody, support, modification and enforcement matters
- Handle hearings, mediations and trials
- Run a full caseload on your own and mentor junior team members
What We Need
- 8+ years of Texas family law practice
- Strong courtroom track record in hearings, mediations and trials
- TBLS Board Certification in Family Law is a plus
- Texas Bar license in good standing
- Interest in building a long-term career with the firm
