GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Atlanta-area general contractor with PEMB and design-build expertise. The company is adding a Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator - Commercial General Contractor to its team in Atlanta, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Commercial general contractor estimating experience; PEMB experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Price and develop design-build PEMB and structural steel projects
• Lead preconstruction from conceptual budgets through GMP
• Manage and mentor the estimating team
• Drive value engineering, subcontractor buyout strategy and client presentations

Requirements

• Commercial general contractor estimating experience; PEMB experience is a plus.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
