Family Law Attorney
A highly regarded domestic relations practice in Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its team. This role focuses on compassionate, strategic client representation across a broad spectrum of family law matters, offering strong mentorship and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division cases.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery requests.
Conduct hearings, mediations, trials, and temporary order proceedings.
Counsel clients through sensitive legal processes with clarity, empathy, and professional judgment.
Maintain active communication with opposing counsel, court staff, and expert witnesses.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
2+ years of hands-on experience handling family law and domestic relations matters.
Strong courtroom presence, litigation skills, and confidence in oral advocacy.
Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills.
Compensation & Work Environment
Total Compensation of $80,000-$130,000 (Based on experience)
On-site - Tulsa, OK.
