Established small animal health and wellness clinic seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. Located in a beautiful upper-middle-class suburb just 21 miles from Dallas, this modern facility offers an exceptional professional opportunity.

- State-of-the-art facility with 5 exam rooms and dedicated surgery space
- In-house laboratory and diagnostic capabilities
- Modern medical equipment including digital X-ray
- Anticipated ultrasound equipment coming soon
- Treat 15-20 patients per day
- Supportive practice model emphasizing veterinarian ownership and professional growth
Position Details
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive patient health examinations and diagnostics
- Surgical procedures (standard surgeries)
- Wound treatment
- Disease testing and vaccination
- Client education on animal health and treatment
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Strong independent practice skills
- Surgical experience preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $135,000
- 20% Production Bonus
- Total Compensation Range: $110,000-$140,000
- Potential Relocation/Signing Bonus: $10,000-$20,000
