I’m partnered with a well-known firm that is looking to add a Commercial and Business Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation.

Background Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice
• Practice areas of interest include complex commercial and business litigation, employment, business torts, construction disputes
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in FL
