I am working directly with an established, owner-led San Antonio family law firm that wants to add an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney. The Senior Family Law Attorney will own a contested and complex family law docket, work with real independence, and report directly to the firm owner. The role is in person.
Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus potential.
What You'll Do
- Lead contested divorce, custody, support, modification and enforcement matters
- Handle hearings, mediations and trials
- Run a full caseload on your own and mentor junior team members
What We Need
- 8+ years of Texas family law practice
- Strong courtroom track record in hearings, mediations and trials
- TBLS Board Certification in Family Law is a plus
- Texas Bar license in good standing
- Interest in building a long-term career with the firm
