Job Overview The Director of Estimating will lead and manage a geographically diverse team of estimators, overseeing both on-site and remote employees to grow and develop a highperforming, process-driven estimating department. This role requires a deep understanding of estimating practices within the construction industry, with a particular focus on flooring, countertops, and window blinds. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in process development, optimization, and enforcement, along with exceptional leadership and team development skills. With a focus on consistency, efficiency, and accuracy, this role will drive performance enhancement and ensure compliance with company standards across all locations and in multiple market segments including multifamily, hospitality, senior living, commercial and higher education.
