Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Florida
• 3+ years of experience in construction law (transactional or litigation).
• Demonstrated ability to draft complex and compelling legal arguments for cases that may proceed to trial.
• A strategic mindset with a commitment to client-focused solutions.
• Desire to grow and advance within a high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation Focus:
• Develop and draft persuasive legal arguments and briefs for trial cases.
• Represent clients in disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare for trial, leveraging complex case strategies.
• Transactional Focus:
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
• Advise clients on risk management and compliance with Colorado construction laws.
• Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments to provide proactive, strategic counsel.
