GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Gulf Coast general contractor working in hospitality, education and diverse commercial. The company is adding a Superintendent - Commercial, Hospitality and Education to its team in Pensacola, FL. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Hospitality, education, and diverse commercial experience with a stable, long-tenured work history.

Responsibilities

• Run hospitality, educational and diverse commercial projects
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• Hospitality, education, and diverse commercial experience with a stable, long-tenured work history.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
