Our client's firm is a well-established law firm specializing in workers’ rights and employment law. We are committed to providing exceptional representation for injured workers seeking compensation for workplace injuries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you will manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims, representing clients through all stages of the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers’ compensation law and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including filing claims, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements.
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and appeals before workers’ compensation boards.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their workers’ compensation rights and options.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents related to workers’ compensation claims.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
  • At least 3+ of experience as a Workers’ Compensation Attorney or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills with a client-focused approach.
