Our client is a trusted legal firm specializing in real estate law, offering expert guidance to clients in property transactions, zoning matters, and real estate litigation. We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal services.

Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Attorney, you will handle a variety of real estate matters, including contract review, negotiations, and advising clients on legal compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and develop creative legal solutions for a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title reviews and property assessments.
  • Represent clients in zoning and land use matters, as well as real estate litigation when needed.
  • Stay current on real estate laws and regulations to ensure client compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
