Our client is a well-established legal firm specializing in business law and transactional services. We are dedicated to providing high-quality legal counsel to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a talented Transactional Attorney to join our team and contribute to our growing practice.

Position Overview:
The Transactional Attorney will handle a wide range of transactional matters, including contract drafting, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business law, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Assist with business formations, mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
  • Conduct due diligence and advise clients on the legal aspects of business transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Transactional Attorney.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
