GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Southwest Florida specialty concrete and masonry subcontractor. The company is adding a President - Specialty Concrete and Masonry Subcontractor to its team in Ft Myers, FL. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Leadership experience in specialty subcontracting: concrete, masonry, millwork and/or white-shell interiors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete, masonry, shell and interior scopes
• Lead overall operations, profitability and growth of the business
• Build and develop the leadership team
• Own client relationships and the long-term strategy

Requirements

• Leadership experience in specialty subcontracting: concrete, masonry, millwork and/or white-shell interiors.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
