Commercial Litigation Attorney in Bowling Green

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and partnership disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to take on challenging cases and work with a dynamic team of legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving contracts, business torts, intellectual property, and employment issues.
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on commercial litigation strategies and risk management.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents related to commercial litigation cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to develop effective litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of business law, litigation procedures, and dispute resolution methods.
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
