Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an Employment Law Attorney, you will represent both employers and employees in a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to take on challenging cases and make a meaningful impact in the field of employment law.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of employment law issues, including harassment, discrimination, wage disputes, and employee benefits.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete clauses, and other employment-related documents.
  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and assist in navigating workplace policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing employment law.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law statutes and regulations, including discrimination laws, wage and hour issues, and workplace safety standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
