Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the Civil Litigation Attorney role will have a proven track record of handling complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution. You will play a key role in providing strategic counsel, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state.
• Minimum 3+ of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
