We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling civil litigation cases and a passion for delivering exceptional legal representation. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful resolution of cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
