Are you ready to take your career in the insurance industry to the next level? Do you have a passion for helping clients protect what matters most to them? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate markets
  • Generate leads and pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting via cold calling, drop-ins, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Responds to referrals quickly and effectively
  • Prequalifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk
  • Creates and maintains client or prospect list
  • Designs benefits programs and recommends benefits strategies to clients
  • Creates benefits proposals and makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business
  • Develops, follows, and completes sales objectives
  • Maintains key relationships with existing Employee Benefits clients
  • Stay on top of trends, strategies and initiatives in the industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits in insurance experience.
  • State insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).

 

  • It is REQUIRED that you have at least two years of experience producing in the field of Employee Benefits.
