What You’ll Do:

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts with a high level of care and professionalism

• Evaluate client needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and prepare competitive quotes

• Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed guidance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, ongoing communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Experience with insurance management systems and CRM platforms

• Willingness to pursue professional designations (CISR, CIC, etc.)
