Corporate Attorney: Business Transactions with Hybrid Flexibility in Jupiter

Our client, a well-respected Palm Beach County firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Jupiter office. The practice advises closely held companies, family offices, and entrepreneurs on entity formation, acquisitions, financings, and day-to-day corporate matters.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Jupiter office and home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements
• Advise clients on entity selection, governance, and ownership transitions
• Lead due diligence and manage closings for mergers and acquisitions
• Prepare financing documents and commercial contracts
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and estate planning colleagues on client matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business owners
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
