Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent clients who have been injured as a result of accidents, negligence, and other incidents, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and medical malpractice claims.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients, helping them understand their rights and the legal process.
  • Investigate and gather evidence, interview witnesses, and consult with experts to build strong cases.
  • Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Advocate for clients in court during hearings and trials, when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury litigation, including relevant laws and statutes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and trial skills.
