A well-regarded Oklahoma City firm is adding a Litigation Legal Assistant. You'd support a tight team of 4-5 attorneys on multistate litigation, discovery, appellate work and class actions, and be the person who keeps a busy docket on track. They're ready to move quickly for the right person.
What you'll do
- Support 4-5 litigation attorneys on multistate, appellate and class action matters
- Manage docketing and deadlines across 100+ active matters, including Oklahoma and Missouri courts
- Prepare, format and file pleadings, discovery and correspondence
- Organize discovery and case files
- Coordinate calendars, hearings and deadlines
What you bring
- 3+ years of litigation legal assistant or legal secretary experience (5+ ideal)
- Strong docketing and deadline management skills
- Familiarity with state and federal e-filing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and calm under deadlines
- Able to work on-site in Oklahoma City; some overtime as needed
