NOC Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin

Bring calm, confidence, and compassionate care to residents when it matters most, the overnight hours. Our Senior Living Community in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated NOC Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and support our residents and care team throughout the night.

As the NOC RN, you will be the clinical anchor of the building overnight, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, while guiding and supporting the night staff team.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Quiet, focused environment with time to deliver truly person-centered care
  • Opportunity to work more autonomously while still supported by leadership
  • Strong teamwork with experienced CNAs and caregivers on nights
  • A close-knit community where residents and families know your name

Schedule

  • NOC / Night Shift (for example, 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
  • Rotating weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Full-time position with consistent, predictable hours

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care during the night, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, and treatments
  • Perform focused assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition, falls, pain, or urgent needs
  • Oversee and support night staff, offering clear direction, problem-solving, and hands-on assistance when needed
  • Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and dignified throughout the night—supporting sleep, comfort measures, and nighttime routines
  • Communicate effectively with on-call providers and document all assessments, interventions, and follow-up accurately and timely
  • Prepare concise, informative handoff reports to the day shift to ensure smooth continuity of care
  • Uphold infection prevention, safety checks, and building rounds, promptly addressing any concerns
  • Provide emotional support to residents who may be anxious, confused, or uncomfortable at night

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or similar setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills—especially in a quieter, more autonomous night environment
  • Calm, reassuring presence with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable serving as the clinical lead on the NOC shift

What We Offer

  • Competitive NOC shift pay (night differential may be available)
  • Benefits package for eligible employees (which may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plan, per employer policy)
  • Thorough orientation and ongoing training so you feel confident and supported
  • A mission-driven, resident-focused culture where your work truly matters
