A well-regarded general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects here. If you enjoy owning complex builds, coaching a sharp team and working with people who genuinely like what they do, they'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover

• Manage budgets, cost forecasting, contracts, change orders and monthly billing with confidence

• Serve as the go-to contact for owners, design partners and key trade contractors

• Get ahead of procurement for long-lead power and cooling equipment and keep milestones on track

• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, site logistics and integrated systems testing

• Develop and mentor project managers, project engineers and assistant PMs

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)

• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, MEP coordination and Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning

• A history of delivering large, technical projects safely, on time and on budget

• Clear, friendly communication and a talent for building lasting client relationships

• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
