Trust Associate – Wealth Management Services
Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | Onsite
Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $33.00/hour + Annual Bonus

We’re partnering with a respected financial institution that is actively growing its Wealth and Trust division. They’re looking for a Trust Associate who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support Trust Officers with the day-to-day administration of estate, trust, and agency accounts
Open and maintain accounts, track activity, and ensure data accuracy in trust systems
Assist with the transfer and placement of funds, securities, and other trust assets
Prepare internal reporting, meeting materials, and documentation for compliance reviews
Deliver excellent service to clients and serve as a key point of contact for administrative needs
Interpret trust documents and ensure proper account management based on legal requirements
Occasionally provide backup to the Trust Operations team and take on additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in trust administration, wealth management, or a related field
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel to regional locations on occasion
Work Environment:
Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Primarily onsite in a professional office setting in Scottsdale, AZ
Some physical activity required (lifting up to 25 pounds, working at a computer for extended periods)
Compensation & Benefits:
$21.00 – $33.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
Discretionary annual bonus
