Trust Associate – Wealth Management Services
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $33.00/hour + Annual Bonus

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing financial institution with a strong Wealth and Trust department. They are seeking a Trust Associate to join their Scottsdale-based team. This position offers hands-on experience in trust administration and client service, with opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Position Summary:
The Trust Associate will support the administration of trust, estate, and agency accounts. This includes account setup, data maintenance, asset transfers, and internal documentation. You’ll also play a key role in delivering excellent service to clients while collaborating with Trust Officers and operations staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of trust and estate accounts

  • Open, update, and monitor trust accounts using internal systems

  • Coordinate movement of funds, securities, and assets

  • Prepare documents for internal committees, regulatory reviews, and audits

  • Provide prompt and professional service to clients

  • Interpret trust and estate documents and assist with compliance

  • Support trust operations and handle general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or legal support

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information

  • Occasional travel to nearby office locations may be required

Work Environment:

  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM

  • Role is fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

  • Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

  • Professional, quiet, and client-facing office environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21.00 – $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

  • Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus
