We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Personal Injury Case Manager to join a fast-paced, client-centered law firm. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and experienced in managing personal injury cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims
• Maintain regular communication with clients in both English and Spanish
• Gather medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate medical treatment and negotiate reductions when necessary
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case development
• Track case progress and ensure timely updates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management preferred
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience using case management software
