CNC MACHINIST - Manufacturing in Salt Lake City

We are currently working with a world-class machine shop in SLC in search of a2nd shift CNC machine machinist.

As a CNC Machinist, you are a skilled craftsman whose expertise is vital to the manufacturing process. This shop does not mass-produce; every part you work on is crafted with care and precision, ensuring the smooth operation of machines worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex tasks, read blueprints, program machines, select and change tooling, and ensure everything is executed perfectly. From machining and deburring to inspecting and programming, your work will be integral to creating essential products.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a machinist with both manual and CNC machines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided machining, particularly with the MasterCAM program.
• Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and standard machining symbols.
• Inspection Expertise: Knowledge of inspection procedures based on GD&T standards.

Your Work Schedule:

• Enjoy a work-life balance with four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. Prefer working more hours? Overtime is available each week for those who want it.

$20.00-40.00 per hour Depending on Experience

The position is on-site.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.

The wage range is $24-36/hour DOE.
