Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of construction contracts and/or work orders.
- Supervise the project team assigned to the contracts and/or work orders.
- Monitor and assess the performance of Superintendents on contracts and/or work orders.
- Negotiate financial disputes and manage change orders with owners.
- Develop and review work proposals in collaboration with the team.
- Create and track project cost reports to ensure accurate financial management.
- Ensure compliance with MBE/WBE subcontracting and EEO/Affirmative Action contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of construction experience.
- At least 6 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Experience managing Job Order Contract projects is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
- Proficient in Project Management and Scheduling Software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
