Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of construction contracts and/or work orders.
  • Supervise the project team assigned to the contracts and/or work orders.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of Superintendents on contracts and/or work orders.
  • Negotiate financial disputes and manage change orders with owners.
  • Develop and review work proposals in collaboration with the team.
  • Create and track project cost reports to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with MBE/WBE subcontracting and EEO/Affirmative Action contract requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of construction experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Experience managing Job Order Contract projects is preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficient in Project Management and Scheduling Software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
