Commercial Construction Superintendent in Greenacres

Job Description

A commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong leadership background and knowledge in managing large-scale commercial projects. 

Responsibilities of a Superintendent:

• Coordination of all communication with partners, stakeholders, contractors, engineers and architects
• Oversee project management and timeline of the projects to ensure commitments are being met
• Develop standards to be provide effective and efficient project completion 
• Manage building material orders and delivery to projects
• Ensure all employees and contractors are following safety polices and procedures

Perferred experience:

• 10 years experience with emphasis on retail and hospitality commercial construction
• Strong leadership skills with previous management of construction professionals
• Ability to communication effectively and convey project direction
• Proficient in construction management software
• History of completed projects with values between 10-20M
