About the Opportunity: We’re currently partnering with leading heavy civil construction firms to find a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, earthworks, and concrete projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead major heavy civil construction projects from start to finish, working alongside experienced teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with engineers, owners, and inspectors to maintain project compliance and resolve issues.

  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and forecasts to maximize profitability.

  • Lead daily project meetings and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing heavy civil projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, or large earthwork and concrete scopes.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in heavy civil construction.
