As a key player in this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate closely with our Producers to assist and ensure seamless day-to-day performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of clients, providing exceptional service and support. 
• Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.
• Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.
• Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.
• Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.
• Embrace New Challenges: Grow alongside the agency, taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as we expand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of expereince
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with a management system (EPIC is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborative Spirit: Looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others.
• Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
