Your Role:
- Analyze blueprints and specs for civil and concrete scopes
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages
- Conduct site visits and gather field data
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
