🔧 Key Duties:
Oversee day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions
Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, and account-level)
Assist with job costing and project budget tracking
Maintain and update the general ledger
Post journal entries and support financial statement preparation
Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
Aid in audit prep and compliance activities
✅ Requirements:
Associate's degree in Accounting (Highly Preferred)
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel required
Background in construction or service-based industries preferred
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a collaborative mindset
