Job Description

gpac is working with a well-established, self-owned, vertically integrated specialty coffee company with 18+ years in the business and no outside investors that is seeking a National Sales Director.

They roast their own coffee, manage their own packaging and cold brew production, handle in-house distribution, installation, and service. The only outsourced component is coffee pods which will will be made in house soon!

They’ve been sourcing from the same farms for over a decade, ensuring top-tier quality at better prices through long-standing relationships and direct trade. This structure provides a unique advantage—better coffee at a lower cost, with full control over the supply chain.

The company is rooted in quality, sustainability, and innovation, and services a broad customer base including:

  • Michelin-starred restaurants
  • High-end hotels and private clubs
  • Health and wellness-focused venues
  • Caribbean accounts

They’re looking to expand their footprint in foodservice, focusing on relationships with distributors like Baldor, US Foods, and leveraging coffee equipment as a savings solution for clients. Their niche is delivering quality coffee with a hospitality-first mindset and a vertically integrated model.

Who They’re Looking For:

  • Someone from the liquor/wine distribution, hospitality, or foodservice industry background
  • A high-energy, strategic leader who can build relationships and scale sales in specialty segments
  • Ideal profiles: At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Must understand specialty retail, distribution, and high-end service clients
  • Entrepreneurial, performance-driven mindset with the ability to oversee national accounts and business development

Role Details:

  • Salary: Base of $100K–$120K; top performers can earn up to $300K+ with uncapped, percentage-based commissions
  • Location: Based in or near Morganville, NJ (approx. 45 mins from NYC)
  • Travel: Extensive travel required; in-person meetings and client visits are essential.
