This is a rare opportunity to work directly on nationally recognized, high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, alongside some of the most respected trial lawyers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation from intake through verdict
  • Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep
  • Collaborate closely with experienced trial partners on high-exposure matters
  • Interface with clients, experts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and poise
  • Help expand the practice while benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably catastrophic or wrongful death
  • Trial or trial prep experience preferred
  • Strong academic background and JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice in Texas
  • Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and client service skills
  • High drive and desire to work in a collaborative and elite trial environment
