Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney – Class Actions – California (Remote)

A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with strong class action experience to join its team. This is a fully remote opportunity for California-based attorneys, with optional office space available in El Segundo or Oakland, CA for those who prefer a hybrid environment. The firm is looking for someone passionate about plaintiff-side work and interested in handling impactful employment litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation matters, including class actions
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients
• Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school (top-tier school preferred)
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience, including class actions
• Strong deposition experience (taking and defending)
• Experience managing a litigation caseload independently
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Passion for plaintiff-side advocacy
