A respected General Contractor in exas is seeking a Project Executive to lead with full authority over a dynamic project team in the region. This company’s portfolio spans diverse sectors, including commercial, industrial, interiors, healthcare, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full project ownership.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, including Superintendents.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation.
• Foster positive client relationships with professional communication.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and focus.
• Promote a productive and collaborative team culture.
• Engage in business development through networking and community outreach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in commercial construction management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, means and methods, and document administration.
• High-rise experience is preferred.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Strong leadership with a customer service-oriented mindset.
