QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on projects exceeding $20 Million
• Extensive experience leading Commercial, Hospitality, Medical and/or Multi-family projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project
• Ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
• Understanding of a wide variety of construction disciplines
• Ability to develop construction budgets and work under pressure
• Good oral and written communication skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on projects exceeding $20 Million
• Extensive experience leading large scale commercial projects; Hospitality, Medical, Higher Education, K-12
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field
