Civil Litigation Paralegal – Los Angeles, CA

A growing litigation practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with strong experience supporting attorneys in complex civil matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on California litigation experience. This role is primarily in-office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule (up to 1 day remote after 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation
• Prepare, file, and manage court filings in California state and federal courts
• Handle discovery, including document organization and production
• Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines
• Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Coordinate with courts, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed
• Assist with trial preparation and case management tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures
• Experience with e-filing and litigation lifecycle support required 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient with standard legal software and Microsoft Office
