We are looking for 1-3 attorneys for the position of Associate or Senior Associate. Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in:
  • Taking depositions
  • Drafting motions, including summary judgment motions
  • Outstanding writing skills
• Admitted to Practice: 1-5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trial experience
• A book of business is a plus but not required

Work Expectations

Self-Starter Requirement:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently take on work and manage responsibilities immediately.

Work Hours:
Approximately 40 hours/week (2,000 hours/year)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions to gather factual evidence and witness statements in preparation for cases.
• Draft and review various legal motions, including motions for summary judgment, presenting arguments effectively to the court.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strong representation.

Hiring Process

The interview panel will include at least one partner from the firm. Candidates will be evaluated based on:

• A writing skill assessment through a writing sample.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000, plus potential bonuses based on billing performance.
• Benefits:

  • 401(k) plan with an annual contribution based on firm performance (approx. 3%)
