Salary: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00+ / year (commensurate with experience)

A premier Florida defense firm is looking for a General Liability Associate or Senior Associate (5+ years experience) to lead cases independently within a supportive, team-focused environment. With robust staff support and a sustainable workplace culture, you can consistently hit your billable goals without working evenings or weekends.
Independent File Management: Autonomously guide General Liability cases from intake through final resolution.
Core Practice Focus: Manage defense files primarily involving Auto Defense, Premises Liability (slip-and-fall), Workers’ Compensation, and Product Liability.
Advocacy & Litigation: Take depositions, draft substantive motions, represent clients in court, and navigate mediations and settlement negotiations.
Teamwork: Partner with dedicated support staff and colleagues in a vibrant, collaborative setting.
Licensure: Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience, emphasizing auto defense and premises liability.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage defense files autonomously using sound legal judgment.
Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000+ (DOE)
