HR Manager – Property Management
Location: Lakewood, NJ (Onsite with Potential Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: $120,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)

About the Company:
A reputable real estate company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for employees working across multiple states. This position plays a critical role in supporting a dynamic, multi-state team while ensuring compliance with union policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations for 120-130 remote employees across various properties.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific HR regulations and labor laws across multiple states.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to property management needs.
  • Provide guidance on union-related matters and handle union employee relations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns, manage performance issues, and develop workforce solutions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state HR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with union employee policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage and support a workforce of 120-130 remote employees.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lakewood, NJ, with potential for hybrid flexibility.
