Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift QA team and ensure that our products/services meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid background in quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and improve QA policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate product quality through inspections, audits, and testing.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train staff on quality assurance best practices and standards.
  • Manage QA documentation and records accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with quality management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
