Remote Logistics Sales Director

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 Base Salary + Aggressive Commission + Leadership Incentives
(Compensation based on experience, production history, and leadership success)

 What You’ll Do

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth across freight brokerage and logistics services
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Recruit, train, and develop top logistics sales talent
  • Own pipeline strategy, forecasting, and high-level enterprise relationships
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and open new verticals
  • Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to scale the business
  • Create a culture of accountability, mentorship, and performance

 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years logistics sales experience
  • 10+ years total logistics / transportation industry experience
  • Proven success in freight brokerage sales
  • Demonstrated sales leadership and team-building experience
  • Documented revenue production — we want your numbers
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor developing sales professionals
  • Strong business development and strategic growth mindset
  • Startup brokerage or terminal build experience — highly valued
