A well-established general contractor in the Lawrenceville, GA area is seeking an experienced Estimator to support their growing pipeline of ground-up industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for new industrial projects from concept through bid

Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals

Collaborate with project teams, subs, and vendors during preconstruction

Maintain cost databases and ensure accuracy in pricing

Support value engineering and project budgeting efforts
Requirements:

Estimating experience with ground-up industrial projects

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Proficient in estimating and takeoff software

Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
