Job Description: A very reputable company is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team and contribute to the planning, design, and management of infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative and sustainable solutions to engineering challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water systems, and buildings.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, considering environmental, safety, and regulatory factors.
  • Estimate project costs and schedules, preparing reports and technical documents for stakeholders.
  • Supervise and monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to address project needs and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest civil engineering techniques, tools, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a defined timeline.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
